The first part of the theory test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions. You must answer at least 43 correctly to pass. Questions cover topics including road signs, rules of the road, hazard awareness, vehicle safety and more.
You have 57 minutes to complete the multiple-choice section of the real test. Our mock tests replicate these exact conditions so you can practice under realistic time pressure and build your confidence.
The real theory test also includes a hazard perception section with 14 video clips. You need to spot developing hazards and click as early as possible. The pass mark for hazard perception is 44 out of 75.
